Shipping & Returns

At RL-Safety, we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if you must return due to defects or wrong sizes ordered, you can obtain a Return Authorization by calling us at 630-301-1012 8am - 5pm CST Mon-Friday. The returned products will be accepted for replacement, repair or credit, at our discretion, within 14 days after receipt of shipment. No return is accepted without prior authorization from us. On authorized returns, freight is to be prepaid by customers.
