A. We take major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover Card), cashier's check, money orders and direct deposit. However, we
do not accept purchase orders unless accompanied by credit card information.

Q. What are your
return policies?
A. We want you to be happy with your purchases. However, if
you must return due to defects or wrong sizes ordered, you can obtain a
Return Authorization by calling us at 630-301-1012 8am - 5pm CST Mon-Friday.
The returned products will be accepted for replacement, repair or credit,
at our discretion, within 14 days after receipt of shipment. No return is
accepted without prior authorization from us. On authorized returns, freight
is to be prepaid by customers.

Q.When
will I receive credit for my online return?
A. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your credit card statement. We will issue you the full credit back to
your original form of payment. Please note, shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.

is the expected delivery date for my order?
A. Orders shipped via Standard Ground Shipping should arrive
within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped via Second Business Day Air should
arrive within two business days. (NOTE: All orders received by 3pm CST
will be shipped within one business day. Business days are Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.)

Q.How do I track
my online order?
A. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via
e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking
information and the ability to access the status of your order.

Q. How much
will shipping cost?
A. UPS standard ground shipping is used when possible.
We do not charge shipping for orders above $100 when shipped via UPS standard
ground. However, if you wish to have them shipped via Second Business
Day, you will need to pay for the shipping charges. For orders under
$100, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 for standard ground shipping and handling
charges and $18 for Second Business Day.
